Tim DeBoeck

Brussels, Belgium

Belgian photographer Tim De Boeck embodies a sense of adventure in his images. For the past six years, Tim has been "addicted to photography" as he continues to develop his skills in portrait, event, and travel photography. Tim has a background in computers and technology and is able to transfer these skills seamlessly to his understanding of his camera and equipment. He is enthusiastic about learning new techniques both on the camera and in post processing. His ability to master the technical aspects of this art is evident in his images.

Besides photography, Tim is an avid traveler. He is fluent in French, English and Dutch and can get by with the locals in Spanish and German. In 2005, Tim spent six months traveling through Australia and Asia visiting many remote destinations, most notably in Vietnam and Laos. In 2007, he spent several weeks camping and exploring the wild African landscapes of Kenya. Recently Tim took his first excursion to South America. He was so inspired by the glacial landscapes of Patagonia that he plans to return again next year. Tim also enjoys skiing and takes time out each year to visit the French and Austrian Alps.

Whether traveling the globe or walking the streets of his home country in Belgium, Tim continues to explore the boundaries of photography each day.
